I've been figuring out how to feel my entire hand around the bar. I think the way you think you are connected through your hands ( and feet but we're not talking about that) and to the bar will dictate which muscles you will push and brace with . This is how irritation arises in exercises imo

5th week done . 405 x 1 x 3 today PR. Wanted to sn**ch up to 220 today but legs were fried 🫠.
did like 18 squats total and 22 ish sn**ches total w a bunch of misses..
Total of like 38- 42 reps

Sloppy hang sn**ches, I was just trying to get through it at this point . Crazy to be attempting hang sn**ching close to 100. Grateful to be failing higher . No estoy cansado...me repito a mi mismo

I keep forgetting to keep my feet down. Bunch of misses . Hit one @ 215 though. 2 Misses @ 220 . Week 3 . Almost there.
Hang Sn**ch Session . Up to 205 today . Pretty relieved because I thought I was gonna be on some BS and only get up to like 175 or something. Been putting hang sn**ches off for like 1.5 years at least man. But it was worth the wait.
I still get a little nervous about anything around 215+ on sn**ches. Hit this, and a 385 squat earlier this morning. Last week , there was inflammation around my knees and legs. This week a lot less inflammation. Good to know the nervous system is active, and reacting honestly. Last week fu***ng sucked.
Week 2
> 60% for week 0 before we start training back up again. This will be the 2nd week in the "rest" cycle technically. Focus is on recovering for 2 weeks.
And sn**ch balances in the afternoon up to 120.That was my very first 125 kg attempt. Then a second one. I honestly feel like I can get it. SOON
