10/19/23 : LOST IN SADNESS

Lost in this moment. Lost in time I am. A feeling of disconnect from the real. A feeling of not knowing myself. Not knowing the world. Not knowing reality. For how can I know what is real if I don’t even know myself. Know my mind. Know my thoughts. Know my spirit. I’m lost. Waiting for the day I wake up I am. Waiting for a day that may never happen. Waiting for a time that I can’t truly comprehend. A time of peace. A time of love and unity. A life with concepts beyond that which I can understand. A dream I’m hoping for. A dream I’m betting on. A dream I believe in… a dream of love. But what is life without unknowing? What is reality with all the answers? Does life need faith? Will reality always be truly unknown? These thoughts are weighing on me. Holding me down. Holding me back? Or propelling me forward while being more connected to the real? Thoughts that I crave. Thoughts that keep me sad. Sadness that I can’t seem to heal. For life is sadness. Love is sadness. And I love to love… I love to give my all. I love to be loved. I love to spread love. I love to give life and hope. A life of sadness so that I may love truly and deeply is a price I’ll happily pay.
