Hiring: Remote Assistant for Elevate by Fresh X

Position: Remote Assistant

Location: Work from anywhere

About Elevate by Fresh X:

Elevate by Fresh X is a growing fashion brand dedicated to creating stylish, high-quality clothing that makes people feel confident and comfortable. We’re looking for a dedicated, creative, and organized Assistant to join our remote team. If you love fashion and want to help build something special, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and ensure smooth restocking.

Order Fulfillment: Package and ship orders accurately and on time.

Customer Support: Respond to emails, social media messages, and inquiries with professionalism.

Social Media & Content: Help create engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers on product sourcing and shipments.

Photoshoot & Collaboration Assistance: Help organize and coordinate photoshoots and influencer partnerships.

Admin Support: Assist with scheduling, organizing files, and general business tasks.

Marketing Support: Contribute to email campaigns, promotions, and brand growth strategies.

Sales Assistance: Conduct market research, track fashion trends, and gather customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for fashion and staying on top of trends.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.

A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.

Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce is a plus but not required.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):

Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).

Experience in social media management & influencer collaborations.

Interest in sustainable fashion.
