Can’t believe it’s been 5 years!
Also I felt like my journey was like:
Shrinkage ➡️ More Shrinkage ➡️ A little more shrinkage then 💥LENGTH💥outta nowhere 😭

Life be Lifing!! Even on a fitness journey! One of the things and I have been working on over the past year has been finding a balance of the grind and rest. But the truth is that it won’t always be a perfect balance! The key is being able to adapt with the ebbs and flows that will ALWAYS happen in life!
Here, Mercedes shows up and works hard in our session, even when she’s got a lot going on in her life right now. But we also have learned when we need to pull it back and give her body and mind a break!
