I’m excited to share that starting May 2026, I will be teaching Pilates at Life Time Paradise Valley.
This new chapter is about more than movement. It is about building strength, improving the way your body feels, and investing in long-term health and longevity.
My approach blends Pilates with a deep understanding of behavior change, helping you not only move better but stay consistent and actually enjoy the process.

At almost 55 and moving through menopause, I have learned that the real secret to aging well is combining strength with mobility. Pilates gives me the control, flexibility, and balance my body needs, while weight training keeps my bones strong and my muscle mass working for me.
There is no magic. It is about making the right choices most of the time, being consistent, and showing up for yourself in a way that supports longevity. Your future self will thank you. ✨

As I move toward 55 and through menopause, my focus shifted from aesthetics to longevity.
Pilates became my foundation for strength, alignment, and resilience.
Health and wellness coaching supported my hormones, recovery, and daily habits.
