It’s amazing how much money you can save a customer on labor when you understand compound angles and math. No wasted welding gas, no wasted labor time welding 50+ pieces together to achieve 90* bend. Come on people, be practical and about the cause. NOT THE COST 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ - someone had recently called us and let us know another shop charged them over $7k for a “custom” exhaust……. That’s just gross 🤢

Putting a Moose JR DB2 on this HMC4 - customer has some goodies from and wanted a little more oomph - EGT’s we’re well within check on stock pump, so we felt a little more fuel would do the trick. If this passes the efficiency threshold of the cooling system we can add an intercooler.

Fold and tumble seat brackets - Another PHR solution to your HMMWV!
That solves that - cause of fan and radiator destruction is the commonly neglected motor mount isolators, we see this more then we should.
Here is proof of how drastic the engine movement can be.
-You have to consider, these engines are moving your vehicle that can weigh over 10x what the engine does. The engine will move itself before it transfers power into the rest of the drivetrain.
-This is proven in the video. if you pay close enough attention to the red horns, with the aluminum reservoir behind them, You will notice when the truck is put into gear. The reservoir makes a decent vertical rise, and rises even more with throttle input.

Doing a block / combustion gas in cooling system test on this truck that just came in - fan took out the radiator 👎
