Only 6 days old today and love how you’ve turned our life upside down in the biggest blessing kind of way. You’re healthy and happy and already starting to smile 🙏🏼 My biggest prayer for you is to know your identity in Jesus and how He defines you, not the world. He knit you together in the womb and he did a great job!

Tomorrow is a BIG day! Starting 21 Days to better health, more energy, more muscle 💪🏼. I’m looking for some accountability so I would enjoy having some friends tag along with me! I can’t do complicated 😅, so trust me you guys when I tell you it’s super simple. I started working with celebrity nutritionist Mark Macdonald a few months back and completely changed how I see nutrition as fuel for my body.

Of course for me, my blood sugar balance is a BIG deal and this will be helping with that too. 👏🏼

Crazy to think where I was just a year ago!!! I was looking to change the trajectory of my career and how many people I can help along the way. Like who does that? 🙋🏻‍♂️

3 years ago I had the desire to change the trajectory of my life by taking control of my health. It seriously wasn’t possible without the amazing community, plan, and products that was put in place. We all need some structure, right? 😅

I’m grateful for people who keep driving me to be intentional with my health and my goals. Who else has the desire to do something different in 2022?

Thankful, grateful, and highly blessed! 🙏🏼 Thank you, Jesus for the growth this year has brought. For the amount of mindset changes and action changes that are really going to change the trajectory of 2022. 🗓

Wow!!! I feel so honored and blessed! TONIGHT I’m going to be on a call with Mr. Mark Macdonald himself 😅! In honor of diabetes awareness month, I get to team up with him to share the good news in the diabetic community about how we can literally help thousands more.

There is a powerful movement happening right before our eyes and I am feeling super grateful 🙏🏼 to be a part of it! It truly is going to change the way the world views nutrition.

I partnered in a business that I knew nothing about. Let me explain… Being a former professional athlete 🏒, I knew how to athletically perform, but I didn’t know how to fuel that performance the right way. 😅 With the right things. Potent nutrition. 🌱

5 years ago - I was in a dark place so dark that I really didn’t see much hope at the end of the tunnel.

Just know you aren’t the only one that goes through tough times - find people in your corner that are willing to push you to your max potential!

This quote really resonates with me, because it’s all about potential. Not based on circumstance or situation that surrounds us, but the potential that’s within us.

They say it takes 21 days to start a new habit - well I’m glad I committed to going to the gym early, because my blood 🩸 is pumping 💪🏼 and I feel more energetic ⚡️ throughout the day!

I just got back from a mindpower reset 🧠 with Steph and Shae and I have come to realize what was holding me back and that it’s time to go after it! 🏃‍♂️ The brain is a power tool 🛠 and sometimes we forget how powerful it is - I’m guilty of it too!

When I say I am BLESSED 🙏🏼 I am not talking about my finances or material items. I am talking about those situations or times in life that were meant to DESTROY you, but you found how best to turn it to your favor.

Being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 8 years old really took a toll on me as a kid, but as I grew older and wiser - I realized how thankful I am for that BLESSING 🙌🏼

3 years ago it was not easy managing my glucose levels because I wasn’t educated on the nutrition/ foods I was consuming.

After getting connected to what feels like the most abundant nutritional resource and community, I feel amazing now! 😆 I see things A LOT differently these days and want to share it, knowing how much it’s helped me! My inbox is always open for people that want to learn - I have no problem sharing. I was a skeptic too until I wasn’t. When you feel and look different, you become your own walking testimony.
