Last Thursday, EOS Builders proudly broke ground on The Moreland, alongside an incredible team of partners — , , , and the  Housing Department.
 
This 5-story, two-phase affordable housing community is coming to Central Phoenix and will bring 132 new homes and a precast parking garage for low-to middle-income families. We’re targeting an opening in January 2028.
 
This project is a testament to the power of collaboration among public agencies, private partners, and community leaders who share a vision for a stronger, more inclusive Phoenix. We’re deeply honored to serve as general contractor and to help create lasting, positive impact by expanding access to stable, high-quality housing for families who need it most. Together, we’re building a brighter future.

We had an amazing time hosting Career in Construction Day with New Way Academy high school juniors!

Our EOS Builders team opened the gates of our La Victoria job site in Tempe, AZ, giving students an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the construction process. From walking the site to exploring industry roles, they discovered the diverse career paths construction has to offer.

Big Things Are Happening in Houston! EOS Builders is proud to bring our expertise to Houston, Texas, where we recently broke ground on The Rushmore--an affordable housing project built to make a lasting impact. This community-focused development is a 101-unit family, mixed-income, housing development, offering quality living spaces for those who need it most.

EOS Builders is excited to announce the completion of the renovation at Hyatt Place Hotel located in Gilbert, AZ. EOS made numerous updates to the hotel that includes a redesigned lobby, bar, breakfast area, meeting space, first-floor corridors, business center, and more!
