Pistachio Vanilla Latte
Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup hot espresso or strong coffee
β’ Β½ cup steamed milk
β’ 1 tbsp pistachio syrup
β’ Β½ tbsp vanilla syrup
Instructions:
1. Stir pistachio and vanilla syrup into hot coffee.
2. Add steamed milk and mix well.
3. Lightly froth the top if desired.
4. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top if desired.

Banana Cream Iced Latte
Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
β’ Β½ cup milk of choice
β’ 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
β’ 1 tbsp banana syrup
β’ Ice
Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Stir banana and vanilla syrup into cooled coffee.
3. Pour over ice.
4. Add milk and stir gently.

Dark Chocolate Cherry Mocha
Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup hot espresso or strong coffee
β’ Β½ cup steamed milk
β’ 1 tbsp dark chocolate syrup
β’ 1 tbsp cherry syrup

1. Stir dark chocolate and cherry syrup into hot coffee.
2. Add steamed milk and mix well.

Salted Caramel Iced Latte
Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
β’ Β½ cup milk of choice
β’ 1β2 tbsp caramel syrup
β’ Pinch of sea salt
β’ Ice
Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Stir caramel syrup and a small pinch of sea salt into cooled coffee.
3. Pour over ice.
4. Add milk and stir gently.
5. Drizzle extra caramel on top if desired.

Caramel Vanilla Cream Cold Brew
Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup cold brew coffee
β’ ΒΌ cup heavy cream
β’ 1 tbsp caramel syrup
β’ 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
β’ Ice
Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in cold brew.
2. Whisk heavy cream, caramel, and vanilla until slightly thickened.
3. Slowly pour sweet cream over the cold brew.
4. Stir before sipping.

β’ Β½ cup steamed milk

1. Stir caramel syrup and cinnamon into hot coffee.
2. Add steamed milk and mix well.

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:
β’ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ 1 tsp paprika
β’ 2 tbsp olive oil
β’ 3 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 1 cup heavy cream
β’ Β½ cup chicken broth
β’ ΒΎ cup grated Parmesan
β’ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
β’ 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Sear chicken 4β5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, sautΓ© garlic for 30 seconds.
5. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer 3β4 minutes.
6. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning until smooth.
7. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over top.
8. Simmer 5 more minutes until sauce thickens.
9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Baked Tortellini & Meatballs

Ingredients:
β’ 1 lb frozen or homemade meatballs
β’ 20 oz cheese tortellini
β’ 24 oz marinara sauce
β’ 1 cup shredded mozzarella
β’ Β½ cup grated Parmesan
β’ 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F.
2. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain.
3. In a large bowl or baking dish, combine cooked tortellini, meatballs, and marinara sauce. Mix well.
4. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
6. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake another 5β10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Tex-Mex Ground Beef & Rice Skillet

Ingredients:
β’ 1 lb ground beef
β’ 1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)
β’ 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
β’ 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)
β’ 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles (undrained)
β’ 1 cup beef broth
β’ 1 packet taco seasoning
β’ 1 tsp chili powder (optional, for extra flavor)
β’ 1Β½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ Fresh chopped cilantro (optional garnish)

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease.
2. Stir in taco seasoning and chili powder.
3. Add rice, diced tomatoes (with juices), black beans, corn, and beef broth. Stir well.
4. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 18β20 minutes, until rice is tender.
5. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese until melted.
6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, cover, and let melt.

Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
β’ Β½ cup milk of choice

Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Stir maple syrup and vanilla into cooled coffee.

Ingredients:
β’ 1Β½ lbs chicken breast, cubed
β’ 1Β½ lbs baby gold potatoes, halved
β’ 3 tbsp butter
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ 4 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
β’ Β½ tsp paprika
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half the Italian seasoning.
3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast 20 minutes.
4. While potatoes cook, season chicken with paprika, remaining Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
5. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© 30 seconds.
6. Add chicken and cook 6β8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
7. Remove potatoes from oven, combine with chicken, and toss together.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Creamy Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:
β’ 12 oz penne pasta
β’ 1 lb Italian sausage
β’ 3 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 1 cup heavy cream
β’ 1Β½ cups chicken broth
β’ Β½ cup grated Parmesan
β’ 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage. Drain excess grease if needed.
3. Add minced garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 3β5 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Add Parmesan and stir until smooth.
6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
8. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Serve warm.

π½οΈ Sheet Pan Ranch Chicken
Ingredients:
β’ 4 chicken thighs
β’ 1 lb baby red potatoes
β’ 2 cups carrots
β’ 1 packet ranch seasoning
β’ 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
2. Toss potatoes and carrots with olive oil and half ranch seasoning.
3. Season chicken with remaining ranch mix.
4. Arrange on sheet pan.
5. Bake 35β40 minutes until cooked through.
Serve With:
