Things are really moving at The Braid Mill, including tons of earth! Large trenches were dug to accommodate brand new stormwater and sewer services. All outdoor work is now complete!

What people may or may not know is that our project "The Revere" has been in our family for over 100+ years. While it has certainly gone through its changes, one tradition has withstood the test of time. For as long as anyone in our family can remember, every year around this time we drop a package of cookies off to each tenant’s door. It's a small gesture and thank you, but it's one of our favorite days of the year! Happy Holidays everyone. Stay safe!
One of the best parts of our job is being able to tour some really unique properties. The other day we walked through a business that has been operating as a yarn mill since the 1940s and we got to see their production in action. This is the kind of machinery we image was in its earliest days.

Wow! This kitchen & lounge area at The Braid Mill is going to be incredible and a perfect place for our members to eat, meet, and relax. With many more common breakout spaces throughout the building, The Braid Mill will truly be a unique and special collaborative work environment. We look forward to sharing more of our progress as these spaces start really coming to life!

Earlier this year we had a walk through of with our marketing team to help gather inspiration for the project’s brand identity. In such a unique and historic building with amazing original architecture at every turn, it did not take long for the creative juices to start flowing!

One of our last projects involved the full renovation of in Queen Village, Philadelphia. Previously, Little Italy was mainly a pickup and delivery location, but now it accommodates indoor sit down dining with a brand new expanded menu! Stop by 344 Queen Street for some amazing Italian cuisine, great service, great people, and warm atmosphere!
