As we are working with neighbors to combat rodents, we are providing neighbors with tools to improve quality of life. Over a year ago, we partnered with Glitter that cleaned every block in my district. We are talking to neighbors about expanding the program. Check out what we are doing and sign up!!

Honored to speak at the PA American Legion Convention to provide a legislative update and discuss ways we can work together! Thank you to these men and women for serving our Country and Commonwealth!!
Our bill to hold out-of-state landlords accountable and eliminate blight is headed to the governor’s desk! Landlords from New York and New Jersey take our hard earned dollars and then don’t care about their properties. They hide behind LLCs like New York LLC so they can’t be held accountable. No more! Now these folks must provide a real address, email, and phone number of a person that is responsible for upkeeping these properties. Now we can clean up these properties and restore community pride!
