Mourning Light

This dial doesn’t just track rounds. It maps the escalating horrors of the Mourning Light Event system.

Every tick warps the battlefield and the souls trapped in it. Memories erased. Weapons turned on allies. Identities exchanged. Flesh twisted into something unrecognizable. Sometimes the timeline resets, but the scars remain.

At the marked point each round you roll 3d6 and face the consequence. Mutation creeps closer with every result until the dial remakes you. In Eclipse OSR campaigns the dial cuts deeper with cursed quirks, broken minds, even forced servitude.

It's time made physical. And in this game, time is never on your side.

You don’t drown. You change. For painters and kitbashers, that means corroded steel, bone gone soft with saltwater, and enough tubes and barnacles to make your bits box cry. For players, it’s a faction built on pressure, mutation, and the kind of loyalty only what lies in the deep can enforce.
