Last week I visited the facility where Clear Recovery is made. I learned so much and wanted to share it.
Our drink has a milk allergen. This was the first thing that stood out to me. This matters to parents and offered peace of mind. More coming this week.

I just want to say thank you. Over 900 families have joined the Clear Recovery waitlist.
We're a very small brand right now, and every person who signed up means a lot to me. I started this because I wanted to make sure my kids were getting the nutrients they needed to recover after practice, and it means so much that other parents want that too.
Our first batch from the manufacturer will be 1,000 jars. 250 of those are reserved for Founding Families.

Yesterday we got to cheer on our friend as he took on his first Ironman in Maryland!
I knew it would be impressive, but seeing it in person was something else. A 2.4-mile swim, 112 miles on the bike and then a full marathon…which is honestly hard to even wrap my head around.
Such an awesome day on the sidelines. Who knows maybe one day I will even do my own mini triathlon. Congratulations!👏
Every parent does this. But I think we can do better.
I am working to build something appropriate for kids and all in one, without the junk!
