Advice to every upcoming dancer:
Stop waiting for people to support you before you start taking yourself serious.

Consistency will take you places talent alone can’t.

Imagine losing access to over 100K followers and still refusing to give up, that alone tells you the kind of passion and consistency Dance Twins carry.

Most people would quit but they kept pushing, creating, and representing the dance culture no matter what. That’s real dedication and a true definition of consistency.

Big respect to Dance Twins for staying active and proving that real talent and hard work can never be stopped by one setback. The comeback always speaks louder.

LIBERIA DANCE AWARD OFFICIAL RULES & GUIDELINES

The Liberia Dance Award was created to recognize, celebrate, and promote dancers and dance culture across Liberia. As the first ever dance award platform in the country, we are committed to building a fair, transparent, and respected system for everyone involved.

Please read the following official rules and guidelines carefully:

1. ELIGIBILITY

• The award is open to all dancers, choreographers, dance crews, and dance-related creatives within Liberia.

• Nominees must have been active, consistent, and impactful during the award year.

• Individuals or groups involved in serious misconduct, fraud, or harmful behavior may be disqualified.

2. NOMINATION PROCESS

• Nominations will only be accepted through the official Liberia Dance Award platforms.

• A nominee may appear in more than one category if eligible.

• The organizing team reserves the right to review and verify all nominations before final approval.

3. VOTING PROCESS

• Voting will be conducted publicly through the official voting platform.

• Only official votes submitted through approved systems will count.

• Any suspicious or manipulated voting activity may lead to vote cancellation or disqualification.

• The organizers reserve the right to monitor and review all voting activities to ensure fairness.

4. JUDGING SYSTEM

• Some categories may include an official judging process alongside public voting.

• Judges will be selected based on experience, professionalism, and contribution to the entertainment or dance industry.

• Judges will remain neutral and independent throughout the process.

5. FAIRNESS & TRANSPARENCY

• The Liberia Dance Award belongs to the entire dance community and not to any specific dance crew, platform, or individual.

• Organizers will remain neutral and will not publicly support any nominee during the award season.

• Every nominee will be given equal respect and opportunity.

6. RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM

• We encourage healthy competition, respect, and unity among dancers, crews, and supporters.

• Bullying, threats, hate speech, or unnecessary conflict during the award process will not be encouraged.

7. CATEGORY & WINNER SELECTION

• Category explanations and requirements will be announced officially before nominations begin.

• Winners will be determined based on category requirements, public support, impact, consistency, creativity, and judging review where applicable.

8. ORGANIZERS’ RIGHTS

• The organizing team reserves the right to update rules, categories, timelines, or procedures if necessary for the success and fairness of the award.

• Any official changes will always be announced publicly.

The Liberia Dance Award is more than an event, it is a movement to build, connect, and elevate the dance industry in Liberia.
