If you are going to be a (white/cis/het) Coach, Healer or Spiritual Teacher in today's world, you absolutely have to do the work to educate yourself and learn how to be a safe space for more diverse communities.

We operate in an unregulated industry and so we have to regulate ourselves and make sure that we are acting out of integrity. In today's reality, this is the only way to do it. If you are not learning about DEI & actively working to heal your own biases, you are unethical. PERIOD.

To say, "I don't see color" is to say, "I don't see you." And if you are a White Spiritual Coach, Healer or Teacher you have to be able to see the uniqueness needs in everyone, because of their own varying experiences which is directly connected to their skin color and culture.

So apparently we need a lesson on what racism is bc holding White Coaches, Healers & Spiritual Teachers in my own field accountable ain't it, baby.

If you are a White Coach, Healer or Spiritual Teacher who is teaching & actively working on dismantling your own limiting beliefs to find joy, freedom & abundance for yourself without decolonizing your mind from White Supremacy & Patriachy, your lack of diversity in your audience is proof that your energy is not a safe space for marginalized people.

And that's a YOU problem not a them problem.

It's time to listen more, to decenter yourself & whiteness so that you can open your heart to reach ALL of humanity, not just the ones that look & feel like you.

When you say you want to find "like-minded" ppl, be careful you're not actually meaning ppl that make you feel more comfortable in your whiteness bc if you are truly on a spiritual path or growth journey then that's about cultivating a community where everyone is safe enough to explore there own discomfort & you should be the example of exploring your own if you're going to call yourself a leader.
