It’s been a while… I’m coming off a torn ligament in my foot in September. This is my first race back. I did the 5k with my two youngest on Saturday and the half marathon on Sunday of the Louisiana Marathon.

Last weekend at the Lincoln Marathon. It serves as the National Guard marathon team trials. Maj Quinn and I both made the National team. We will be traveling around the country the next two years representing the National Guard.
