Big facts.
Most people get uncomfortable when you start leveling up.
They donāt celebrate it, they question it.
Your growth makes them feel behind, so they downplay it to protect themselves.
Thatās why your environment matters.
Around the wrong people, your wins feel like bragging.
Around the right people, your wins feel normal.
Energy is contagious.
So if you want to keep growing, be around people who expect more, not ones who feel threatened by it.

A NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR
Thereās a reason I do this work.
At my core, I believe people are already carrying something powerful ā¦gifts, vision, instincts⦠placed inside of them by The Most High God. What Iāve seen, over and over again, is that itās not a lack of ability that holds people back⦠itās a lack of clarity, structure, and sometimes the confidence to move.
I coach because I get excited to see people live in alignment with who they truly are. Not performative. Not stuck. Not waiting. But moving ..intentionally, purposefully.. in the direction they were designed for.
My own life has been a continuous practice of reinvention. Seasons of starting over, recalibrating, pushing forward anyway, and trusting God through every pivot. Nothing about my path has been linear, but every step has taught me how to take vision and turn it into motion. That journey is what gave birth to Existential Innovation LLC ā¦a space where transformation isnāt just talked about, but structured and realized.
My background in Adult Education, especially in the City of Philadelphia, sharpened me in a way Iāll always be grateful for. Working with and teaching adults from all walks of life on how to think, communicate, and grow prepared me to meet people exactly where they are⦠and move them forward with clarity and intention. That foundation carries directly into my work as an Executive Coach.
Itās funny, before all of this, I was (and really still am) just a romantic creative at heart. My experience as a freelance artist taught me how to see possibilities where others see limits. Itās also how I can plan a beautiful event and build strategy in the same breath⦠in some strange way, structure and creativity live side by side in my world..and knowing how to laugh. That matters so much more than people think. Humor has a way of breaking down walls quickly. It makes people comfortable enough to be honest, and once we get to honesty, we can get to results.
I do NOT take this work lightly. I care deeply about what I do and the people I work with. Their success, is my joy. My goal is so simple⦠to help folk move.
Not eventually. Not someday. But now, in a way that actually leads somewhere.
If youāve been feeling that pull⦠that nudge that itās time to shift, build, or step into something more aligned... youāre not wrong.
Hehe⦠you might just be readyā¦

...pace yourself.
Unpopular truth: Youāre not behind. Youāre just watching everyone elseās highlight reel.
The internet rewards wins, not the work behind them. It shows launches, not late nights. Results, not rejection. Milestones, not the months of doubt.
Move at your pace. Build in private. Fail quietly. Improve daily.
Real progress isnāt loud. Itās consistent.
Follow for disciplined thinking.

Set boundaries..consider your peace. Breathe...
Most people try to fix every problem the same way.
They push harder when theyāre already exhausted.
They scroll endlessly when what they really need is silence.
And then they wonder why nothing improves.
Not every struggle means you need more effort.
Sometimes it means you need a different response.
Because your mind isnāt always in the same state.
Some days itās overloaded.
Some days itās drained.
Yet many people treat themselves like machines ā
Expecting constant output without understanding internal signals.
Thatās where unnecessary suffering begins.
You donāt always need motivation.
Sometimes you need input.
Sometimes you need recovery.
The real skill is awareness.
Learning to pause and ask:
āWhat do I actually need right now?ā
Not what looks productive.
Not what feels impressive.
But what genuinely restores alignment.
High performers arenāt always in grind mode.
Theyāre in tune mode.
They know when to push.
When to step back.
When to create space so they can return stronger.
Because real growth isnāt about constant intensity.
Itās about intelligent rhythm.
Seasons of output.
Seasons of reflection.
Moments of action balanced with moments of stillness.
And when you start respecting that rhythm,
Something shifts.
You stop fighting yourself.
You stop forcing productivity.
You start moving with clarity instead of chaos.
Your mind becomes sharper.
Your decisions become cleaner.
Your energy becomes intentional.
And suddenly, life feels less heavy ā not because it got easier,
But because you got wiser in how you handle yourself.
Mastering your life isnāt just about working harder.
Itās about understanding your internal patterns and responding with precision.
If you want to develop that level of self-mastery ā where your mind works for you, not against you ā
You need a framework that builds awareness, discipline, and control.
Thatās exactly what I break down inside The Winnerās Formula ā a step-by-step blueprint to help you manage your energy, strengthen your mindset, and perform at your best without burning out.
Work smarter within yourself.
Move with intention.
