A farmhouse powder room - As simple as it gets.
Selecting a Jim Thompson fabric was a no brainer to reupholster these classic DR chairs found on FB marketplace for a whopping $50 each.
A refresh of a Foyer - no beige allowed.
Had a satisfying time designing the drawer configuration. The biggest time investment here was the ”change up” of the millwork which if you are doing custom - why not make it look custom???. Then it was translating that to Chief Architect Software so when it gets dumped into AI - it knows how to translate the unique millwork details. If not, AI does what it wants to and becomes the biggest time suck of all. And waste of time. 😬
