I can’t take these brokers anymore. They trying to make money of everything they possibly can. This situation with Armstrong is the stupidest thing that have ever happened to me since we run the business. Kevin (Broker from Armstrong) found the best way to make extra money for his pocket. The whole conversation is attached. First of all he is super rude and annoying. I am sure he didn’t even tried to find the right solution, of course it’s just easier to cut the rate and forget about that. We have tried to reach out to him after all again, but he stop answering. And few weeks later - we got pay less for the amount of missing key/switch which was totally not our fault because it never existed when we picked up the load. How is that fair? It’s not about the money, it’s a about doing it right! Totally not fair. When they will stop ripping carriers off? @ Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
