It is time for our nondiscrimination protections to be fully inclusive. No matter who you are, what you look like, where you're from, who you love, you should get a fair shake and a fair shot.

Penn State needs to STOP! It’s that simple. The current university administration is using language and tactics that reek of union busting. Many of my colleagues and I fully support the rights of workers and their ability to organize. I’m calling on the leaders of Penn State to immediately change course.

There is nothing symbolic about my marriage. My marriage is a lot like traditional ones. Except I and many others across the Commonwealth live in fear that someday our unions will not be recognized the same as everyone else. This must change in Pennsylvania. WATCH as I lay this out as simply as I can for those that oppose this very basic right.

We have a responsibility to welcome our neighbors. EVERYBODY should be treated fairly and that's exactly what the Fairness Act does!
