✨🎉 Excited to announce that “Key of Glass”, a short film written and directed by Lydia Ruth Conner, will be screening at the Philadelphia Film Society Center on 12/13/25.

This film is a part of the 30th anniversary Dogme 95 film festival, hosted by Death Drive Pictures. A collection of films honoring the Dogme 95 manifesto will be a part of the event.

^ A love letter from the founder. Every bit of support matters as we grow the Two Acre Films vision + community.

💌 How it’s going // How it started 💌 When I started @twoacrefilms my vision only went as far as doing run-and-gun, solo-shooter event and music video production. I operated completely as a one-stop-shop from the consultation to the edit. I’m thankful for that time, because that version of me laid the foundation for what is in development, for what is happening, present day. Two Acre Films gets the keys to its first studio next week. (Yes, you read that right!) I’m honored to now be expanding into a physical space and leading crews through projects as we make movie magic as a team. The vision has grown, and with it many ups and downs to bring us to this moment. Being the founder of a company in an industry I had deeply digested the narrative of being “hard to get into” has proven time and time again to be the greatest love letter to myself and this medium I could have possibly chosen. I’m not usually one for “big things coming” posts, because I love to share results, but this process and what it’s bringing have me here saying just that. Big things ARE coming. A million & one thank you’s to everyone who has ever offered me support on this path. From being on set with me to just listening to me vent about the trials of entrepreneurship, every bit of encouragement and participation in the growth of this vision fuels my spirit more than you could know.
