It's no secret that minorities especially black developers have been underrepresented in the US Tech industry. What's even more alarming is 10% of minority graduates walk out with a degree in computer science.
This is why the DevDivaHacks platform exists, our mission is to change the statistics and provide more representation to not only African Americans but also other minorities. When there is representation the newer generation will be more likely to be part of the tech industry.

So you have your website and you want web traffic coming to your website. How do you attract high quality traffic to your website?
There are multiple ways of having surplus of traffic into your website Funnel. The hardest part is how to get actual conversion.

There are multiple ways to improve conversion rates:
1. Add pop up to your site
2. Remove distractions
3. Add Testimonials or Reviews
4. Add a countdown timer
5. Add a point of purchase upsell

Remember that for every 100 website visitors if you can get 2 sales. That's actually really good starting point. Always read your analytics and understand your audience to improve your website.
