Only thing salvaged in this bathroom was some of the drywall and the closet door. Brand new 32x32” tile floor. Tub plumbing was moved to install this large 66x32” cast iron kohler tub. We built a half wall behind the toilet and tub for a shelf and added storage. Previous shower was super small and cramped and our client couldn’t stand it. So we built this amazing walk-in shower which is almost DOUBLED in size. Brand new double vanity sink with plenty of storage. Also features a white countertop storage cabinet. Brand new plumbing all around. Client wanted a solution for dusting window blinds. Installed a new single casement window adding plenty of natural light and built in blinds! New flushmount ceiling lighting all around. To top things off we installed a new pocket door to add space for the bathroom and also the bedroom! And who doesnt want a TV in their bathroom? -A lot of framing in the kitchen due to the fire
-siding on the outside of the kitchen wall that needed to be handled, also due to the fire
-brand new rubber roof
-added hose bib outside for greenhouse and hand washing
-all new plumbing stack ran in PVC, due to cracking and leaking in the cast iron
-new front railing for safety (the old one was extremely loose and not safe to use at all)
-flowing floor throughout the entire first floor
-All asbestos is removed
-all ceilings on the first floor got replaced with all new flushmount lighting
-replaced a total of 3 radiators and 2 busted pipes to get the HVAC system back in order
-all new electric is upgraded, ran, correct and of course… SAFE
-added a very budget friendly bathroom to the basement for client
-huge clean out
-brand new subfloor in kitchen (from three corners to the center of the kitchen, was out of level by 3 inches. Some areas even more)

This bedroom also got some updating!! All outlets are now grounded and 3 prong, new floors, added a door for easy access to the bathroom for the client and of course some fresh paint!!! Cant forget adding some electric baseboard heat for the winter time that the client can control.

The basement started off completely unlivable with asbestos mold all over. We got the team in there, with the correct protective gear, and cleared out everything. Added a new wall with outlets for the client. Even framed out a small low budget bathroom to make sure the space was completely usable and livable. Mold free!!!!! And of course waterproof paint on all the walls. Even replaced all the old cast iron plumbing that had cracks and leaks all over. Not anymore!!!! Took the old 100 amp panel that almost caused a fire and replaced it with a brand new 200 amp panel and made sure all electric was ran correctly and up to code.
