I unfortunatly took a life threatening fall while working for another company( Dragon Construction LLC). A scaffolding collapsed while I was on it which landed me in NICU with a couple broken vertebrae, ligament damage to my neck, fractured skull, and a TBI (Brain hematoma; blood inside cranium.
It has been a long costly recovery in which left me handicapped.
I did nothing but show up prompt M-F and did what I was told. Yet he told the courts he had no employees ; never called ambulance after under oath said l was found unconscious on my head for 3-5 min, nor came to Jefferson to see how I was.
Just lawyered up before I did.
So unfortunately I have to figure out a new career to survive.
