The next Sew Inspired Neighborhood Group, Sandy meeting, is on Tuesday, April 21, 10:00 am to 12:30 at Quilt Etc. Door #3, 16 E Main St, Sandy.
Through some research it was discovered that the ASG Utah chapter, had their first meeting in January 1995. That was 31 years ago. Robyn is sure the group has held a meeting every month, since then. (We are counting virtual meetings as well.) That would make our meeting next week the 375th month of meeting and sewing with this group. For our April meeting I challenge you to represent 375 in some way next Tuesday.

Our activity on Tuesday, will be making a Travel Jewelry Bag. Kathryn will help us with this project. Robyn suggests to have the pieces cut out before you come, so you can get sewing right away.

We will be working on the next circle of stitches. Bring your needles, scissors, and kit.

The presidents challenge is announced! “Sew something from fabric you got a deal on”. So, dig through that stash, head out shopping, whatever it takes; then sew it into some-thing. When you show it at the Summer Picnic, on August 13th, we want to hear all about your project but also all about the incredible deal that you got. (And maybe where we can get that deal too.)
