Itโs that time of year again โ donโt let these sneak up on you ๐
โ๏ธ March 2, 2026 - Provide Form 1095-C to eligible employees
โ๏ธ March 2, 2026 - Paper filing deadline (if filing 10 or fewer returns)
โ๏ธ March 31, 2026 - Electronic filing deadline
Important: If youโre filing a combined total of 10 or more information returns (including 1094-C & 1095-C), youโre required to file electronically.
If deadlines fall on a weekend or holiday, they move to the next business day.
If youโre an employer with 50+ full-time equivalent employees, youโre subject to the Affordable Care Actโs reporting requirements.
That means:

โ๏ธ Monitoring measurement periods
โ๏ธ Managing affordability calculations
โ๏ธ Filing Forms 1094-C & 1095-C accurately and on time
