I want to congratulate a very special athlete who has been putting in endless work for pursuit of greatness. When I met Bella she was fearful to even box jump a few bleacher stairs. A year later she was maxing out squats and hitting box jumps like it was nothing. Her form and rhythm has transformed in such a short time. She has put in insane work for her speed endurance and kick. I have never seen an athlete push their limits like Bella. The Bonnies are getting something special! Keep Movin ❤️

Grateful to dedicate a 6th Summer to Track Stars. 🌟
This year was special with two new locations joining the movement and over 300 new athletes joining programming. 35 student athletes from 8 different schools led our youth as mentors and coaches this summer. What an honor to continue this journey. A huge highlight was the State Games of America where every athlete in attendance took home a top 3 medal. Thankful to the many people that make it all happen. Especially the rock star Theresa

Kids dont just WANT to play, they NEED to!
Play has been a part of social development as humans - or animals that is - since the dawn of time! So why have we decided to structure, formulate, and break down all play from our kids? Organized sports and activities are great for youth to find friends and community, but the biggest problem is they aren’t playing they are just doing. My favorite course in college was a sports sociology seminar where I dug into the serious importance of what I called “Sandlot Play” …a way for children to self organize, move and find a real love for sport. My coaching programs and classes are based on this core idea. Bringing back the organized chaos that is true play! I set up the obstacles and YOU figure it out. I tell you some rules and YOU play how you want. Kids are shocked by the amount of trust I give them…problem solving is lost with gen alpha…its time to learn how much bubble gum is in a dish and who’s it! 🏃♂️

I have availability for 1 or 2 new athletes this Spring! I train CYO, AAU, and Interscholastic athletes looking to improve specific event based skills in Long Jump, 100/300/400m Hurdles, High Jump and Javelin. As well I can assist with specific sprint and distance training plans. Get after this season everyone! 🏅🎽👟
