Starting last Friday, many businesses have reported that their Google Reviews were apparently disappearing. Some noted their total review count had decreased. Others noted that most or all of their previous reviews were still findable still via Google Maps and their Google My Business account. Panic aside, it seems like the issue may be a bug 🪳 and that Google is working on a fix (we can hope). For now keep calm and carry on.
