Last week, Clune’s 2024 Next Up class had their first in person session of the year. A program developed by Clune’s Learning & Development department, Next Up enables high-potential employees to acquire and practice leadership skills. This month, the focus of the group was on fundamental leadership concepts, including self-awareness and a deep dive of each member’s DiSC style. A behavioral assessment tool, DiSC is used to enhance teamwork, communication and productivity in professional settings.
