Philadelphia, I love ya'...but I'm looking forward to my Monday morning meeting in Miami with local developers to discuss the Miami21 program and their new T4 Zoning districts that encourage small scale, urban-infill development. Heading down 4 days early to sit in the sun and collect my thoughts.
