The perfect ending to our pasta book tour. Last night we did a “Pastakase” menu at with and team! What a magical evening. We couldn’t pull off a menu like this just anywhere…this was just the perfect venue and team to execute! After a wonderful meal there Sunday evening we all crushed a 40 seat pasta only menu! Big thanks to everyone FOH/BOH for their efforts in pulling this beautiful evening off! Hospitality at its best! ❤️

Great weekend competing with my son at the Denver open. Some great matches, an amazing experience overall. A couple bronze medals…one earned and one participation 😂 …but I’ll take what I can get! Tough matches all around! Can’t wait to do it again! Great to represent and as always awesome to have the support of our Boulder BJJ family in our corner! 🙏 ❤️
