This is Amy with an update. The men are still working hard to return your equipment. Currently they are out there now braving snowy weather to make deliveries. Our apologies to those who were not able get their snowblowers and generators back before the storm due to unavailable parts. Please know we source from about a dozen suppliers for various brands, always searching for in-stock parts—even traveling to New Jersey when needed—because you matter to us.

We'll continue working as quickly as possible to get your equipment returned.

P.S. If you happen to find a men's black winter glove, please contact me. Doug lost his and I can only order his size online; his new pair won't arrive until Saturday.

Dear Valued Customers,

We want to update you on the snowblower repairs. We're doing our best to have the equipment operational before the upcoming storm.

Please be advised that carburetors for some snowblower models are not frequently kept in stock by our suppliers and must be specially ordered, which typically requires about one week. We recognize the inconvenience this may cause and are making every effort to extend the life of your current carburetor so it can function during the upcoming weather event. To accommodate the increased repair volume, we have invested in an additional ultrasonic carburetor cleaner.

We have recently enhanced our capabilities through the acquisition of new equipment from respected local family businesses: our Kioti was purchased from R & S Equipment Repair in Wrightstown, and our ExMark zero-turn mower was obtained from Paul B.
