15-JAN-2020: Sometimes you meet a colleague that you just click with right from the get go and quickly become great friends. So nice to be spending the week together in person working on some really exciting stuff at work that I can’t wait to get to share soon.

14-JAN-2020: Tonight I decided to sit down and play some classical piano again, since it’s been a few years. I picked up my Hannon: The Virtuoso Pianist, and what used to be a torturous exercise I never enjoyed because an incredibly embodying experience! My fingers flew across the keys as I discovered muscle memory i never knew had lay dormant inside of me and the pure pleasure of letting my fingers do what they’ve missed was so incredible. My 13 year-old self wouldn’t believe I would choose to play that, let alone get such joy out of it, but I think my piano teachers over the years would be proud of the legacy I’ve unearthed of theirs in me. https://ift.tt/2TroVjd

13-JAN-2020: It’s amazing how doing exercise as a family can make it such an easy and fun habit. Got my second stripe tonight which means I’m halfway to my first belt promotion and I’m starting to not absolutely die during the workouts 😂🤣🥋🔥 @ Action Karate Telford

12-JAN-2020: Starting off a new weekly tradition with the boys of having a Family Virtues meeting. This week was about assertiveness and believing in the fact that you are a unique person who has something special to bring to the world. They were really engaged and I’m excited to dig into the deeper aspects of life with them.
