Eggs are my breakfast of choice 95% of the time. But if you are looking for a guilty pleasure breakfast with minimal guilt and moderate (or debatable) health benefits, this is my go to:
Paleo pancakes with a teaspoon of mct powder added. I also go grape jam over syrup.
Healthy fat, moderate glycemic index, moderate carbohydrate load, and moderate to high protein.
