Last week, in honor of , Reldan hosted our second annual employee chili cookoff. Employees enjoyed a fun afternoon of trying each others unique take on chili. From traditional, to white chicken, to a seafood take; we left with our bellies full and an appreciation for our chefs who put themselves out there to be judged. Congratulations to our winners.

Training and development are essential components of any organization, significantly impacting employee growth, job satisfaction, and productivity. A company that prioritizes training and development fosters a culture that creates motivation and engagement among employees. This dedication is built on the organization's commitment to systematic programs aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary for success.

At Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan, we are committed to continuous improvement. Last week, we temporarily closed our facilities to conduct one-day offsite training for all employees. This training encouraged employees to interact with colleagues from different departments, fostering better relationships. We focused on safety, security and engaged in candid discussions about the future of our division.

This holiday season our elves were very busy, working hard to fill the wishes of 7 children in our community.

In partnership with our local YMCA, Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan employees embodied the true spirit of Christmas, collecting over 100 gifts from warm weather gear and hygiene products to art supplies and toys, to ease the stress on care givers this holiday season.

A huge thank you to everyone for spreading joy, hope and warmth this holiday season.

This week, Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan kicked off the giving season. Over the past two weeks, employees were given the opportunity to participate in our food drive. Donating non-perishable items to Mary's Cupboard and No Longer Bound, both local organizations helping families within our community in emergency situations. Because of our employees' generosity, we delivered these donations, helping to make this holiday season a little brighter for those in need.

Continuing the giving spirit, we presented a donation to the United Way of Bucks County this week. This year, instead of sending holiday gifts to our customers, we partnered with the United Way of Bucks County to present them with a donation based on the total shipments received from our customers.

Our philanthropic strategy is to improve the areas where we work and live. United Way of Bucks County is an ideal match for us; fighting for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our community. With programs to help fight hunger, stabilize families, and expand the education of young children, The United Way provides the resources needed to help create a stronger, healthier community.

We look forward to a growing relationship with the United Way of Bucks County, and the opportunity to improve our community and the lives of those we work and live with.

At Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan, our commitment to sustainability goes beyond recycling and reclaiming precious metals. We meticulously consider all materials entering our facility and how to dispose of them properly. With the environment at the forefront of our operations, we take pride in our sustainable practices. Over the last year, we have recycled over 56 tons of plastic, 66 tons of cardboard, and over 446 tons of metals. America Recycles Day is an opportunity to highlight the role we all play in protecting the environment through responsible consumption and recycling efforts, and we are fully committed to this cause.

Last week, Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan collected unwanted Halloween candy from our employees. Today we donated over 50 lbs of unwanted Halloween candy to our deployed troops. Just a little something to feel like home.

It was a great day for our second annual Wellness Palooza. This event is offered to give employees the opportunity to engage with Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan's benefits providers as well as well participate in some selfcare activities such as a chair massage and stretching class.
