Yesterday, I realized that cherry peppers 🌶 were blooming on my plant 🪴.

I brought my wilted faded plant from outside when the weather started to get cold. I thought I almost killed it.

I put it in the window, in a warm 🟠 environment and continued to water 💧 it hoping it just wouldn't die just to see a month later that it started to grow new leaves and now new fruit....off season.

Takeaway: Growth happens in the right environment...not just any environment. Have you found the right environment to grow and thrive as an entrepreneur, colleague, employee, parent, spouse, friend....?

It was a pleasure speaking on Entrepreneurial Psychological Readiness...a topic that is rarely taught but needed. The participants were engaged in the activity that followed and seemed to really understand why this is so important.
