We can lead ourselves astray in times of trauma, panic or even excitement. As we experience time passes and moments then become weeks of reliving a self created hell. Acknowledge change. Acknowledge your surroundings. Acknowledge you, your titles and the many layers that make up who you are.

The beautiful thing abt life is that we have the power to change it, at least while we have the strength, capacity and time to do so.
