We are so proud of our trainee who shows amazing results just after 4 ems fitness sessions! She uses our Slim program 20 minutes, once a week! We are so inspired by Iryna’s discipline, motivation and focus. She is a busy, working mom who finds time to incorporate EMS fitness in her weekly routine.

We have been quiet these past few days as we observe the recent events happening in Ukraine. We have families in both Russia and Ukraine… our mother is from Ukraine, one of us was born in Moscow, Russia, we both grew up there and lived in both countries. What’s happening in Ukraine is absolutely devastating… We pray for our friends and family who are there now.
