We are eternally grateful to Marc Greto—EBOD Foundation Board Member—and the incredible network of friends, family, and local businesses who supported this year’s Candlewyck Open, raising another $8,300 toward finding a cure for Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Marc’s commitment is deeply personal. His father battled Lewy Body Dementia, and the toll it took on their family was heartbreaking. But in the face of loss, Marc chose action.

When his dad passed in 2020, Marc turned a neighborhood golf tournament into a mission-driven event—and in just four years, the Candlewyck Open has raised $28,000 to support research and respite care through the EBOD Foundation.

Marc, thank you for honoring your father’s memory in such a meaningful way. Your efforts are helping us move closer to a cure—and bringing comfort to countless families along the way.

It’s called CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program), and it’s a game-changer for people with disabilities or chronic illnesses who need help at home. 🏡

Under CDPAP, you or your loved ones can hire a caregiver YOU trust, like a family member or close friend, to assist with daily activities—allowing for care with dignity, familiarity, and comfort. ❤️

✨ Key Benefits of CDPAP:
• Flexibility in choosing your caregiver
• No certification is required for caregivers (they will be trained by you!)
• Care can be provided by someone who truly knows your needs and routines
