I help unlock the key to lasting relationships
π¨ Why do we attract and stay with narcissists? π€ It's often because we don't feel deserving of better. Our confidence is low and we settle for less. But it's time to change that mindset! πͺβ¨ Stop blaming others and start healing yourself first. πβ¨ Find the strength within to stand up and create the healthy, loving relationship you deserve. β€οΈ
"π Understanding the WHY: Unpacking Our Life Issues π
Hey Guys! Today, let's dive into a topic that hits close to home for many of us. We often find ourselves questioning why we face challenges and struggles in life. π€ But here's the thing - understanding the 'why' is just the first step! We need to shift our focus towards finding solutions and taking care of ourselves. πͺ
π It's time to break the pattern! π
I recently came across a powerful story of a girl who finally got out of a toxic relationship. She realized that it wasn't just one bad experience, but a recurring pattern in her life. π« Instead of jumping into another relationship hoping for a better outcome, we need to address the root cause.
β¨ You are deserving of love and happiness! β¨
If you find yourself attracting narcissistic partners or staying in unhealthy relationships, it's crucial to examine your self-worth. Remember, you deserve better! π Let's break free from this cycle and create a life filled with love, respect, and positivity. π

Never give up
12/16/2023
Even though we know some people aren't good for us, we simply cannot help but keep coming back for more. We know we should just move on, but being with them feels so good at the moment. We could stop and think about the consequences of our actions on our mental health, but we conveniently choose not to because it's easier that way. Although we're technically adults, we don't always make the healthiest choices when it comes to our love lives, and we're not ashamed to admit it. We all make mistakes and choose the wrong guys, but when we eventually realize that we're turned down the wrong path, at least we learned our lesson - or we keep making the same mistakes until we properly learn our lesson. Either way, we'll learn our lesson eventually. Cheers to more bad decisions!
