COC is a Pennsylvania-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to connecting and empowering women professionals and entrepreneurs through mentorship, networking, and meaningful support.

Although we officially celebrated our 5th Anniversary in January, this year we are continuing to celebrate 5 incredible years of educating, empowering, and connecting women and youth entrepreneurs to the resources they need to grow and succeed.

Five years ago, five friends came together with a vision to create a network of support rooted in collaboration over competition. What started as an idea has now grown into a thriving 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting our community through entrepreneurship, mentorship, education, and connection.

A few weeks ago, our 5 founding members came together for a special photoshoot, and it was such a beautiful reminder of how far we’ve come and the purpose behind this mission. We are truly grateful for every person who has supported us, partnered with us, attended our events, donated, volunteered, or simply believed in the vision over the years.

Good Morning Queens!

As we prepare for our 5th Anniversary of the Women's Business Expo we just wanted to encourage you to keep going even when things don't work out the way you planned. God will always come through!

The photos are of last years expo! We had to make a very hard decision to pivot from in person to virtual. We were nervous and not sure the outcome. When I tell you it was better than we could have imagined.

We were able to reach women in other states that hadn't been to an expo before. Our speakers were able to adjust schedules and we went past our time because the virtual event was just that good!

We celebrated our 2025 Member of the year ! Many thanks to for allowing us to utilize her space to welcome .marie29 who caught a flight to support us and see the plug !

Last year was simply amazing even with the pivot and we are grateful for you all...our village who continue to support us along the way!
