NEW CHALLENGE- In western Iceland, where land meets sea in a dramatic sweep of cliffs and sky, Kirkjufell rises like a myth made real. This iconic hill is especially striking in August ā draped in lush greenery, framed by cascading waterfalls, and crisp summer air. The perfect backdrop for this monthās challenge. Weāre taking on a full loop of the 4-mile coastal path that circles its base, then pushing higher with a 3-mile roundtrip ascent to Kirkjufellās summit. Thatās 7 miles total, or 36,960 feet of pure, focused effort. August is for chasing clarity. Lace up ā and meet the mountain at sea level, then rise to the challenge.
