🐰 Baking Easter bunnies with kefir. Please the whole family with delicious and beautiful pastries for the Easter table.

Ingredients:
Melted FreshMade butter - 125 gr;
Sifted flour - 3 cups;
Sugar - 1 cup;
Eggs - 2pcs;
Baking powder - 3 tsp;
small raisins;
FreshMade Kefir - 1 glass;

Recipe:
Mix the eggs well with one glass of sugar and butter, and mix thoroughly. Add salt, and baking powder. Pour in Freshmade kefir. Gradually add the sifted flour, and knead a homogeneous dough.
Divide the dough into equal braids and roll them into thin tubes. Wrap the tubes in a spiral, giving them the shape of a bunny, and add raisins. From a piece of dough, make ears and attach a small tail. Here are our bunnies.
Put the figures on a baking sheet covered with parchment, grease with a lightly beaten egg, and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. l. sugar and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.

Rice porridge with pumpkin is a delicious and healthy autumn dish that is easy to make. You can use either quinoa or millet in place of rice or rice or almond milk instead of regular milk.

FreshMade Amish Country Butter gives the porridge a rich, creamy flavor.

To begin, peel and chop the pumpkin into small cubes. Then, add the pumpkin cubes to a saucepan with 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of milk, and a piece of FreshMade Amish Country Butter. Next, add sugar, salt, and vanilla to taste.

Put the saucepan on low heat and let it cook for 30 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked. Once it's done, enjoy your delicious and comforting bowl of rice porridge!

Perfect pancakes with berries made with FreshMade Kefir 🫐

Ingredients

1 cup of FreshMade Kefir
1 egg
2 tsp of sugar
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
2 tbsp of olive oil
Berries or fruits

Instructions

Pour 1 cup of FreshMade Kefir into a bowl, and add 1 half spoonful of baking soda. Leave for 5 minutes.
During this time, beat the egg with sugar until fluffy. Add mass to kefir. Add one cup of sifted flour. Mix well with a whisk. Add two tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until smooth.
Fry pancakes in a dry skillet over medium heat.

Kefir Biscuit with Apples in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 cup of FreshMade kefir
50 g of FreshMade Amish Country Butter (+20 g for greasing the pot)
1 cup of flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
2-3 apples
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

Take 50 g of FreshMade Amish Country Butter out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Mix thoroughly with a whisk until the mixture turns white.
Add 50 g of softened FreshMade Amish Country Butter, and mix until smooth.
Pour in a cup of FreshMade kefir, mix thoroughly.
Add a cup of flour with 1 tsp of baking powder.

Cut your apples into medium cubes. No need to peel the apples. Add 1 tsp of ground cinnamon. Pour the apples into the bowl with the dough. Mix carefully.

Prepare the pot of the slow cooker. Grease the pot with a small piece of FreshMade Amish Country Butter, then sprinkle with flour.

Pour the dough with apples to the pot of the slow cooker. Bake in baking mode for about 50-60 minutes. Or bake the normal way too if slow cookers aren’t your thing.

After baking, leave the cake to cool. Remove, and sprinkle with cocoa or powdered sugar on top.

🇺🇦HOMBOVTSI WITH PLUMS is an authentic Ukrainian dish made with FreshMade Farmers cheese

We suggest to cook hombovtsi with plum and amaranth flakes. A combination of the FreshMade tender cottage cheese and crunchy sweet amaranth praline are simply made for each other.

FreshMade Farmers cheese is rich in probiotics and calcium.

Amaranth is rich in protein, vitamins A and E, a source of calcium and magnesium.
Amaranth also contains a large amount of squalene - a substance that suppresses cell aging and helps in the absorption of Vitamin D. See Gluten-free version in the recipe section.

Ingredients

For the dough:
400-500 g (½ pack) FreshMade Farmers cheese
1 egg
50-80 g of wheat flour (you can replace it with amaranth flour and get a completely gluten-free dish)
100 g of brown sugar (4 tbsp.)
10 g vanilla
250 g of plum (can be replaced with peach, pear and other fruits)

For crumbs:
50 g of brown sugar
100 g of amaranth flakes (or replace amaranth flakes with finely chopped pecans)
½ tsp. salt

Instructions:

1. Combine amaranth flakes (100 g), brown sugar (50 g), and a pinch of salt in a skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly.
When the sugar begins to melt a little, stir well, and then remove the skillet from the heat.
Immediately spread the crunchy praline on the baking sheet and stir with your hands while it cools. It is important that the grains do not stick together. Your crunchy crumbs are ready.

2. Combine half a package (500 g) of FreshMade Farmers Cheese, an egg, salt (½ tsp), vanilla, and brown sugar (100 g) in a large bowl. Mix the mass. You should use a blender or a food processor to smooth the mass.

3. Add flour (50-80 g). Replace wheat flour with amaranth flour for a gluten-free dish.
Stir the dough, as for lazy dumplings or cheesecakes (syrniky). Try not to clog the dough with flour, so that the dough balls have a delicate structure. You should get a thick but soft dough. The more you stir the dough, the tougher it gets. You do not want these! You may need a little more flour. The main thing is that you can easily form balls from the mass.

4. Form small balls from the curd mass.

Cut plums (or other fruit) into wedges. Flatten the cheese ball and place a piece of plum inside.

5. Get water boiling and add a pinch of salt. Drop hombovtsi into the water. Do not try to boil all the hombovtsi at once, divide them into several batches.

When water reboils, cook hombovtsi for 2 minutes. Get them out of boiling water with the help of a slotted spoon.

6. Now roll hombovtsi in your crunchy crumbs.

Serve the hombovtsi while still warm with FreshMade sour cream.

Palyanytsya 🥖🇺🇦

Can you pronounce the name of this Ukrainian recipe? When you run out of bread, Palyanytsya is a perfect recipe to keep handy. Every Ukrainian knows how to bake palyanytsya. We are sharing the recipe without yeast.

4 simple ingredients:

Flour - 500 g;

FreshMade kefir - 400 g;

Salt - 1 tsp.

Soda - 1 tsp.

Pour flour, salt, and soda into a bowl.

Stir well so that the soda is distributed evenly throughout the flour.

Pour FreshMade kefir.

Stir the mixture. It takes 1-2 minutes for the flour to soak up the liquid. Mix until everything comes together in a rough, shaggy mass of dough.

Pour the mass on a floured surface. Grab a short side and fold the dough like a business letter (one short side into the center, the other short side over it). Use the heel of your hand to press the open edge of the “letter” closed. Gently pat and roll the dough into a log about 10” long.

Place the loaves, seam-side down, on a baking sheet (lined with parchment if desired). Sprinkle the pan (or parchment) generously with cornmeal; this will keep the bread from sticking and give it a crunchy bottom crust.

Bake for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees.

COLD BORSCH RECIPE ❄️☀️

Looking for a new, yummy recipe while the weather is still hot? Try borsch! Borscht is a traditional Ukranian 🇺🇦 beet soup full of delicious and complex flavors. The perfect Ukrainian borshch should be hot, rich and nutritious.
But try this Lithuanian 🇱🇹 cold borshch recipe made with FreshMade . It is served cold and is rich in vitamins and probiotics. Enjoy it on hot days ☀️ and let us know what you think!

Ingredients for two servings of borshch:

1 cup FreshMade Kefir
1 beetroot
1 cucumber
1 egg
3 tbsp sour cream
Dill, green onion, salt - to taste

Instructions

👩🏼‍🍳Place the beets in the oven. Once fully baked, take beets out of the oven and cool.
Pre-boil the egg. Let the egg cool and then peel.
Grate the beets and cucumber.
Thinly slice the green onion.
Add the dill, green onion, and salt to taste.
Divide the egg into egg whites and yolk. Grate the egg whites.
Mash the yolk with a fork and mix with sour cream.

🥣 In a deep bowl, mix the grated beets, egg, and cucumber, herbs and sour cream with yolk.

🍶Pour in one cup of FreshMade kefir.

Let the borsch cool in the fridge for a half an hour.

For a hint of spiciness, feel free to add garlic, horseradish, or mustard. Borsch can be served with ice cubes for an even cooler taste!
