Sooo… funny story…

You know how sometimes you forget to do something? Well, I know small business owners can relate. As a one (wo)man army, we sometimes forget to do small things. You know, like make sure that all of the art prints are published on the site… then not notice until a whole week later that they aren’t. Smh, I can’t even believe myself. But anywho, I made sure to do it last night and even changed the pricing on some.

Let’s just say that running a business is hard work and sometimes you forget to add all of the products lol but atleast they’re up now. Small victories 🤗

You all can shop my new prints that are available and I even started offering square size ones for some. This is definitely something new for me, but I am so excited to create them!

I’ve been trying a new way to design and different techniques. What they never tell you is how hard it is to find a style that will fit you and grow with you. It does become easier when you decide your purpose for styling it creating art. Yesterday, I had a conversation with my bestfriend about how I loved seeing black people in color, whether in fashion or just movies. Even as a dark skinned woman, we are often told not to wear certain colors because of our tone or such items labeled as “too bright”. But it something about a black women, of all shades, in bright colors. So with that being shade, I want to showcase us, bright and in living color.

Some days, I sit and think about hard this art s**t is. But moments or pieces like this make me realize it’s so worth it.
