Meet Etta Wyne, a proud PADS Cohort II beneficiary and now a Peer Mentor for PADS Cohort III!
Etta is one of the many reasons we do what we do. Seeing her apply the knowledge, skills, and confidence gained through mentorship to improve her life and support others fills us with pride and hope.
She is a reflection of our vision in action: empowering young women to become empowered leaders who, in turn, empower other young women.
Today, Etta is not just a beneficiary; she is a leader, a role model, and a testament to the power of investing in girls.
Keep shining, Etta. We are incredibly proud of you and cheering you on every step of the way!

Today, on World Menstrual Hygiene Day, we are reminded that menstrual dignity is not charity — it is equity, access, education, leadership, and long-term systems change.
On May 23, 2026, PADS for Girls Liberia officially launched Cohort III at the Orange Digital Center, welcoming 40 adolescent girls from Edgewater Drive Small Town Community and Old Road, Smythe Road Block C & D Communities into a two-year mentorship and empowerment journey.
Beyond monthly sanitary support, these girls will receive leadership training, mentorship, vocational exposure, community service engagement, and digital literacy training through our partnership with Open Source Team Liberia and Daughters of Destiny Foundation.
As we continue operationalizing BioGirl, our biodegradable menstrual pad sustainability initiative, we remain committed to building locally driven solutions that ensure girls are not only supported — but empowered to lead, thrive, and shape their futures.
This work is only possible through collective action. We invite individuals, organizations, and partners to donate to PADS for Girls Liberia and contribute to the growth of BioGirl as we work to create sustainable menstrual health solutions for girls across Liberia.
