Artists to Watch: SCREENWRITER/PRODUCER - TIFFANY YANCY

Our CEO, Ernestine Johnson met Tiffany Yancy through a mutual friend. They had a brief exchange at a networking event at ABFF 2017 and decided to stay in touch. In August 2020 during strict COVID guidelines, Tiffany shot her first network script "Holiday Heartbreak" in the Maryland/Washington DC area and invited our CEO to work on set. In March 2023, Tiffany’s 2nd network script "Black Girl, Erupted" was shot in LA and will air soon.

Our CEO, Ernestine Johnson, met Kennedy Williams, social media strategist and founder of Milk + Honey Social, in June 2022 in Miami Beach, FL, during the American Black Film Festival.

Kennedy and Ernestine exchanged business cards and set up a meeting to discuss social media strategy for Syncrani. After a detailed meeting, the budget was set and Milk + Honey took OVER!!!!

ARTIST HIGHLIGHT: Wardrobe Stylist and Co-Founder of The Journi, Keith was recommended to our CEO by longtime friend Angela Edmunds, owner/founder Sarai Style & Showroom 77. Ernestine Johnson thought she was just simply hiring a wardrobe delivery service. Turns out she was WRONG!! Not only did Keith go over her desired look for the branding photo shoot, but he also carefully fitted each piece to her physique. At the last minute, our CEO's branding photoshoot had a location change from Philly to NYC, and Keith carefully packaged the wardrobe for the journey with extra accessories just in case. Keith is professional, creatively artistic, and dedicated to fashion. Thanks to Keith, our CEO has a great look for the season!!!

ARTIST HIGHLIGHT: Sandradene Fearon is a Makeup Artist, Men's Groomer, and Hair Stylist (upon request) based in NYC. She was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica and she currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. Her passion for makeup ignited after arriving in the U.S. During her first visit to Macy's Herald Square, she saw amazing makeup transformations at the MAC counter and became fascinated with the whole process. It was at that moment that her love for makeup was born.

Sandradene Fereon (IG: facebySandradene, FaceBook: Sandradene Fereon) was hired 36 hours prior for the rebranding photoshoot of our CEO, Ernestine Johnson. Sandradene was recommended by Celebrity Hair Stylist, Monae Everett (great beauty artists always work together). After a 45min phone consultation and a few sample pictures of our CEO’s current look, Sandra was ON THE JOB. Our CEO reminded Sandra of her hectic schedule and how she was concerned about tired-looking eyes, Sandra reassured her that she had “special fixes” for that. Sandradene’s hands are gentle, soft, and soothing just like her wonderful personality.
