On our agenda were:

Our National leadership for Liberia
1. National Coordinator -- Prophet James N. Tamba
2. Assistant National Coordinator --- Apostle Antony G. W. Paye
3. National Program Director --- Pastor T. Joseph Ndebe
4. National Secretary General -- Rev. Richard N. Saa
5. National Treasurer ---
6. Financial Secretary ---
7. National Zonal Coordinator -- Pastor Zaza S. K. Varla
8. National senior advisor -- Bishop Edward Longan and

UFCC join service
We unanimously agreed on the following:
1. We will meet every last Sunday during service time.
2. Rally will be men vs women
3. Each church will be given $3,000 Liberian Dollars
4. Last Saturday, prayer and Evangelism in the the host Church.
5. Anniversary celebration is second week in December, which include; similar, Crusade, Night of praise glory funds raising.
6. Monthly dues payment, $ 500.00 LD per leader and $300.00 LD per member.
