Imagine a boss who is dedicated to 2 BIG things: the activities that drive the company to succeed AND the activities that drive the employees to be wholely and inherently themselves.
There exists a fallacy that no one even talks about that these two BIG things: the activities that drive the company to succeed AND the activities that drive the employees to be wholely and inherently themselves. are mutually exclusive. But what if I told you they're not only NOT mutually exclusive, but that the latter, supporting and investing in activities that drive employees to be wholely and inherently themselves, in an ALIGNED context is actually extremely good for a business's bottom line?

If a team member's Heart center is closed they have consistent access to willpower, ego, consistency, and competitiveness. They are able to move through the world and projects without the need to prove themselves and are great at maintaining consistent protocols.

The Throat Center is the center for the voice.
If a team member's THROAT center is closed, they have a clearly defined and consistent voice. Understanding where this center of theirs is connected TO, will give you insight on what is most important and in-flow for them to express.

If a team member's Identity (G) center is closed, they have a very fixed personality and sense of self.

The Sacral Center is the center of doing and action.
If a team member's Sacral center is closed they have a lot of consistent energy for activities and projects that fall inside the scope of their inner genius. If something is a "YES" for them, they are unstoppable, if something is a "NO" for them, it will be difficult for them to accomplish, if they try anyways, it will drain them of their energy.

The Solar Plexus center governs the emotions.
If a team member's Solar Plexus center is closed they have consistent and reliable access to understanding and processesing their emotions. They still need time to process these, and giving them the space to do so is instrumental to mental health and good decision-making processes.

If a team member's Splenic center is closed they are deeply connected to consistent intuitive information. When in their highest alignment they are able to use this intuition to cultivate comfortable and safe environments for themselves.
