For CENTURIES, people all over the world have used CHAGA mushrooms for medicinal purposes. Although we cannot make medical claims, I KNOW the benefits of many of the products. CHAGA is great for many things, (google it) but this post is specifically about those who have experienced Vitiligo. I know people thought Michael Jackson was lying, faking, or trying to bleach his skin, but this condition is very real.
I encouraged my great uncle to start taking CHAGA since he was Dx with vitiligo. He started seeing improvements after 30 days. He reported that his skin was fairing out, pink color back under his nails, and his hair was growing back where it had fallen out. He also told me he felt very good and had energy he hasn’t had in years.

FYI: Whenever I use 1 sachet of detox tea I only mix with 8oz of water. 🤷🏽‍♀️

For best results drink 20-30 mins before dinner. (Or your heaviest meal)

Many times we see waiting as a negative. We’re impatient; we don't like it because we feel like nothing is happening. We want the destination and not the journey. But, it’s in the journey where we’re developed. Our patience, character, integrity, trust, and wisdom matures. God works on us in the journey so we can be ready for the destination. It’s apart of the process.

In my journey I learned to trust God in a new and different way, I developed a greater resolve, a unique confidence, a bolder belief. I became more solid, more courageous, yet more compassionate and empathetic. These are things you can't get overnight, it takes time. You need the journey. It helps you to become what you need to be for the destination. Then and ONLY then will you see WHY it was so important to wait!! It’s worth it.

After losing a really cool buddy on the 4th of July to Diabetes I was just directed to another buddy’s page and it just made me smile! If y’all only knew. 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️. For years, I’ve endured a lot of “healthy” jokes and mockery from this dude while trying to get him to see the importance of his health and to do right by his body. I am very happy to see he’s found his own rhythm and has committed to fight. Diabetes is reversible no matter what they say to you. It’s a lifestyle change. It takes a lot of discipline and will power to make the necessary changes but it CAN be done! You do not have to let it take you out. SWIPE
