I will be sharing weekly training videos! Some weeks it’ll be a “ HOW TOO” video where I will show an exercise with a twist to target a specific muscle. Others it’ll be a superset that you can try on your own! Or a Challenge for you to try and beat my time in a Circuit Training Exercise!
